I’ve visited this clinic 5 times in the past month for a mix of treatments—an exam, two routine cleanings, a filling, and wisdom teeth removal. Every single appointment went flawlessly. Booking was effortless, and the entire team, from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists and doctor assistants are very professional, patient, and friendly. They took the time to clearly explain every procedure, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I felt completely well taken care of every step of the way! Totem Lake Dental warrants a five star because of the overall quality of care, the outstanding customer service by Soren at the front desk, their professionalism, cleanliness, and thorough cleanings by Brittany. Dr Trinh is very detailed and doesn’t recommend unnecessary procedures. He tries to fix issues in the least invasive way first if possible, saving your teeth, gums and costs! And Brittany gives the best cleanings! She provides detailed feedback and informs you on what to work on to improve your dental hygiene and results. And everyone there is nice and welcoming.

I have been coming here for a few years now and absolutely love how attentive and caring the team is. They always take the time to answer all my questions and provide me great recommendations to improve my dental health. They're super gentle and I have not had a better experience anywhere else. I highly recommend Totem Lake Dental - they are exceptional! Every single person I've interacted with here has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and warm, especially Dr. Andy Trinh, Becky, Brenda and the staff who helped adjust my night guard (sorry, I can't recall her name). I always felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Trinh and I appreciated how he proactively walked me through every step of the treatment process, made sure I was comfortable and took extra time to follow up every time I had concerns or questions afterwards. I also appreciated how thorough Becky is in her cleanings, and how she communicates the reasoning behind what she's doing. Thank you everyone at Totem Lake Dental!

This place is truly the best dental clinic in the area. Dr Trinh is so gentle, understanding, and kind, and he’s a wonderfully skilled dentist. I’ve had a root canal and multiple fillings done by him and it was just the most comfortable experiences even though they are quite difficult procedures. He always checks in with you, makes sure you’re okay and comfortable and never pressures you into getting something you don’t want. The staff is always welcoming and kind and they’re very accommodating always.
